Aretha Franklin’s Son Beaten Up At Detroit Gas Station

Aretha Franklin’s son, Eddie Franklin, was beaten up pretty badly at a gas station in Detroit on Monday night. According to Franklin’s spokeswoman, Eddie is currently undergoing surgery following the attack and it is believed that he was beat up by 3 people. No word yet on what caused the attack.

A woman was with Eddie at the time of the attack and had walked in to the gas station and by the time she returned, he had been beat up. She proceeded to take him to the hospital and then filed the police report.
