Breaking News: Rihanna To Perform At American Music Awards?

According to Rap-Up.com:

The American Music Awards are about to get another boost of star power.Rihanna has been added to the lineup for the 2009 AMAs.

Sources exclusively tell Rap-Up.com that the “Russian Roulette” singer will take the stage at the 37th annual show on Sunday, November 22, a day before her fourth album Rated R is released on Super Monday.

Rihanna has performed twice on the show in the past and won three awards, including Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist and Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist.

Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Black Eyed Peas, and Taylor Swift have previously been announced as performers. The AMAs will broadcast live from Los Angeles’ NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE on Sunday, November 22, at 8 p.m. EST/PST on ABC.
