Connor Cruise Joins The Cast Of “Red Dawn”
KTLA has the details:
Connor Cruise, the 14-year-old son of actors Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, is following in his parents’ footsteps. The teen is pursing an acting career.
Connor Cruise has joined the cast of the remake of “Red Dawn.”
Cruise will play Daryl, the mayor of Spokane, and best friend of tech geek Robert.
The 1984 action movie is about a group of teenagers who form an insurgency when their town is invaded, this time by the Russians and the Chinese.
The film will be shot in Detroit and is set to open in September, 2010.
Cruise debuted in December as the young Will Smith character in “Seven Pounds.”
