Dwyane Wade’s Estranged Wife Says He Beat Her

siovaughndwyanewade As if this divorce couldn’t get any uglier. Now Dwyane Wade’s estranged wife, Siovaughn, is accusing the NBA star of being physically and emotionally abusive.

According to court papers obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times, Siovaughn is claiming that Dwyane beat her repeatedly throughout their marriage, saying that when she was pregnant he picked her up and threw her down on the ground.

Dwyane Wade’s lawyer had this to say in response to the allegations: “That’s not the first time she’s made the allegations, and there’s nothing to support them. Mrs. Wade demonstrates she just can’t let go.”

All this drama comes the same week that Siovaughn was taken into custody and arrested for missing a court date. She was placed in a cell for a few hours before being released on $10,000 bond. She says she missed the court date because her lawyer got into a car accident the day she was scheduled to appear and did not want her to go to court without him.
