Kim Zolciak’s Tardiness Gets Her “Tardy For The Party Song” Pulled From Itunes
According to E! Online:
Kim Zolciak’s a bit of a “Party” pooper, according to some.
“Tardy for the Party,” the first single from the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s upcoming album, has been removed from iTunes because she supposedly hasn’t yet paid the tune’s producer for the time she spent in the studio.“The song was number three on iTunes for the last four days, but since Don Vito owns the copyright to the song and he hasn’t been paid, he requested that the song be taken down off iTunes,” a source told E! News Monday.
Zolciak’s rep had no comment and Vito, when contacted, only had nice things to say about the allegedly delinquent diva.
“I think [Kim] is a good person and it was fun working in the studio with her,” he said. “We made a great record and I look forward to working with her on the album again.”Next time, presumably, he’ll want a check in advance.
