LaToya Jackson On Michael’s Death: “Michael Was Murdered”

latoyajacksonhat Michael Jackson’s sister, LaToya, is holding firm to her belief that her brother, Michael, was murdered. In an interview with British outlet GMTV, LaToya says she believes the King of Pop was murdered for his music catalog:

“That’s the bottom line, he was murdered for his catalog. And they knew that and they knew Michael was worth so much more dead than alive. His children deserve the truth, I think his parents deserve the truth, his family and his fans.”

LaToya also says she can’t believe that it’s already been a year since her brother passed away:

“It’s amazing how fast a year can go, especially when you’re still grieving over something…Nobody in my family can believe it’s been a year.

“It’s been extremely difficult. People say that we’ve lost an icon, we’ve lost someone that can never, ever, ever be replaced. Michael was so special, he was so different, he was so unusual. He was so loving, he was so caring, he was a father, he was also a mother, he was a brother. He was a giving person…the talent that was there and the love that exuberated from him when you were around him is something that will be greatly missed, especially by those like myself and my family who really knew the real Michael.”
