Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Announce Names for Twins
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon became the proud parents of twins over the weekend. They announced today that they named their new bundles of joy Moroccan Scott Cannon and Monroe Cannon.
Their daughter, Monroe, is named after one of Mariah Carey’s idols, Marilyn Monroe. Their son, Morocco, is named after the top tier of Carey’s apartment in New York that includes Moroccan-inspired furnishings and was where Nick proposed marriage to the singer.
