Listen Now: Mariah Carey Releases New Single

On Tuesday, Mariah Carey officially released her new single “Obsessed,” choosing to allow radio stations to premiere it exclusively. “Obsessed” is the first song released from Carey’s forthcoming album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, and it’s scheduled to go on sale August 25th.
This album will mark Carey’s 12th studio album and will follow up her platinum selling album, E=MC2, released in April of 2008 that featured the hit song “Touch My Body”.
The video for “Obsessed” will be directed by Brett Ratner.

Thanks for including the audio! This is her most dance-able track since “Honey.” I can’t wait to see her sing it live. I’m sure awkward choreography will be involved.
