Mary J. Blige Breaks Record At HSN With ‘My Life’ Perfume

Mary J. Blige’s new perfume, My Life, sold over 50k units on the Home Shopping Network. The sales earned the singer a record for fastest sale of a fragrance and the title of most popular fragrance for the network. The perfume earned $2.7 million in sales. Diddy previously owned the record for his “I Am King” cologne.

Mary J. Blige took to twitter to announce the news:

“Fam!! We did it!! We broke records with My Life fragrance on HSN! And made history once again!!! 50K sold!!!” she tweeted. “Thank you so much!!!!!!! What an amazing support system!!!! You guys are the best!!!!!!… You saved so many lives and dreams tonight with your purchase!!! So many women will be getting the second chance they deserve!!! FFAWN…Thank You HSN for the love and support you showed me and my fam!!!!!! We really appreciate it!!!!!!”

    MJB, Congratulations on your great success, very well deserved. I order a bottle of your my life off of HSN on Saturday and when I came home it was on my porch…….OMG this is one is knocking my man off his feet……..LOL. He was fusing whenI told him I order it of course it went in and out the other, but this is a clean fresh scent!!! Thank you, thank you and go get’em girl with 50K more!!!!!!!!
