MC Lyte Weighs In On Nicki Minaj Vs. Lil Kim Battle
In an interview with VH1 following her performance on ‘VH1 Divas,’ rapper and radio host MC Lyte weighed in on the battle between Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim.
Lyte says that Kim isn’t the one who should be worried about Nicki: “Those who really need to be worried by Nicki’s record is Fergie, Gwen Stefani, Nelly Furtado,” she tells VH1. “Nicki is coming out to win. She’s not thinking of the block. She’s not just thinking of the city. So she’s able to handle so many areas of what it takes right now to be an international star.”
