Member Of Beastie Boys Diagnosed With Cancer

Beastie Boys’ member Adam “MCA” Yauch announced yesterday that he’s been diagnosed with a form of throat cancer. The cancer is considered treatable and a cancerous tumor was found in his left salivary gland. The diagnosis has meant that the band will have to postpone their plans to tour this summer and will delay the release of their new album, “Hot Sauce Committee, Part 1.”
