Nike Says It’s Standing Behind Tiger

How much does Nike love Tiger Woods? The shoe maker is paying him a reported $40 million to endorse its products – and now has given him a vote of confidence after Friday’s .
“Tiger and his family have Nike’s full support,” the company said in a statement Monday. “We respect Tiger’s request for privacy and our thoughts are with Tiger and his family at this time.”
