R. Kelly Is Writing A Book About His Life Called “Soulacoaster”
R. Kelly is penning a memoir called, “Soulacoaster.” The R&B singer says that he’s using the book to share his thoughts and feelings with his fans in a way he hasn’t before and he’s hoping folks see him in a new light:
“I’m writing this book as Robert, not R. Kelly… I’m tired of being misunderstood. I will show you the tears, fears, and sweat. I will open my heart and reveal the good in my life as well as all the drama. I want to tell it like it is.”
No word yet on whether he will address allegations that he’s got a penchant for having sex with underage girls.
Author David Ritz is his co-writer.
