Rumor Mill: A Sober Lil Wayne Hits The Studio For the First Time Since Release
One of the conditions of Lil Wayne’s release is that he stay sober for 3 years or risk being sent back to jail. That means no drugs or alcohol for the Young Money star who in the past has boasted about his drug use.
Over the weekend, Weezy marked his first time in the studio since being released from Rikers. Young money associate DJ Scoob Doo tweeted the following preview of the new track Lil Wayne was working on:
“Nino Brown aka @ liltunechi Got His First Song Since Rikers Coming To Yall Soon… Just Think A 2010 Version Of A Milli, But On Steroids.”
Dj Scoob also tweeted about Wayne’s newfound sobriety: ”Carter Back Open For Business In A Drug Free School Zone!”
We sure hope Weezy stays sober…. We’d hate to see him return to prison like T.I. did.
