Rumor Mill: Monica is Engaged to Shannon Brown
Over the weekend, Monica sent out a picture of herself wearing a big diamond ring she says her boyfriend, LA Laker Shannon Brown, gave her. This lead to speculation that the two may have gotten engaged recently. While the picture shows the ring on her right hand, word is spreading that at a public event over the weekend she was wearing the ring on her left (ring) finger.
The singer also is said to be sporting a brand new tattoo with the NBA player’s name on it. That’s quite a commitment for a couple who has only been together for a few months now.
No confirmation or denial just yet about whether Brown proposed to the singer or whether he gave her the ring as a token of his affection…
