Star Jones Denies Rumors She’s Beefing with Oprah

Word out on the street over the past couple of weeks has been that Star Jones was upset to learn that Oprah Winfrey had offered Rosie O’Donnell a show on her new Oprah Winfrey Network. According to rumors, Star was upset that Oprah hadn’t called her to offer her a show.

Now Star Jones, who will appear in the upcoming season of ‘Celebrity Appearance’, has put that rumor to rest by releasing the following statement:

“Contrary to the fabricated story in the National Enquirer, I am so excited about Rosie O’Donnell’s new show on the Oprah Winfrey Network. Both Rosie and Oprah are dear friends of mine and I can’t wait to celebrate their success.”
