Love them or hate them, Frankie & Neffe are making their television debut sans Keyshia Cole tonight on BET.

The Frankie and Neffe Show will chronicle Keyshia kinfolk’s attempts to gain financial independence (I’d mooch as much as I could in a recession personally), while trying to make positive lifestyle changes.

I’m sure everyone remembers how therapy sessions between Frankie and Neffe usually ended in shouting matches and those two cursing each other out.

Well, here’s to hoping life coach Lauren Lake will help these two finally settle their past hurts and breakthrough like a Mary J. Blige album.

If you’re wondering, yes, the show will cover the men in their lives. Frankie seems to like them young, so I hope producers kept the baby carrots around just in case anyone needed a snack.
