TV Alert: MSNBC To Air Special “About Our Children” Telecast Tonight

msnbc logoThis Sunday, MSNBC will air a special telecast entitled, “About Our Children.” The special will focus on poverty in America with a specific focus on parenting, education and health issues facing the poor in the United States.

The live event will be moderated by Independent Women’s Forum president and CEO and MSNBC political analyst Michelle Bernard and will include live panelists including: Dr. Alvin Poussaint, professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Ben Jealous, President of the NAACP, actor Bill Cosby, Randi Weingarten, president of the American Federation of Teachers, and Terrie M. Williams, author of “Black Pain”.
