Watch Now: Chris Brown’s Video Apology; Calls His Behavior “Inexcusable”

TMZ has obtained exclusive video of Chris Brown apologizing to his fans and to Rihanna for an incident back in February where the singer allegedly beat his girlfriend, singer Rihanna. The singer says he’s told Rihanna countless times that “he’s truly sorry,” but wanted to express his “deepest regret” for his behavior. He goes on to say that he’s sought help since February to understand better his actions to prevent a future recurrence. He says that what he did was “unacceptable” and “inexcusable” and he’s ashamed of what he’s done. He also asks for forgiveness from his fans.
