The expereince of that funeral on TV today was fantastic. What a tribute to African American culture. How proud to be an AA or even just a plain american. Here is why. It was dignified, loving, kind generous and the LORD was present in the entire ceremony. Maya Angelou said it all when through Queen Latifah she reminded us —Beloveds, now we know that we know nothing–that was purfect. The music was tasteful and evocative. Mrs Jackson is a diginified lovely woman. His children are so wonderful The Jackson family was first class…they looked, they acted , they were.
How wonderful to know the world saw that slice of America. THat service was right up there iwth the one Nancy Reagan used to send off Ronnie…what a wonderful moment for America. Thank goodness for AA culture. Gorgeous…and of course Michael is in the arms of God and he was there the whole time watching with a smile
