Whitney Is Selling Her New Jersey Home For $5.6 Million

According to People.com:

For Whitney Houston, the greatest love of all may be a great deal on a piece of New Jersey real estate.

The singer and former reality-show star, 46, is putting up her $5.6 million home. where she was married in 1992, up for sale for a steal of a price – less than half of its assessed value.

The five-bedroom, 12,561-sq.-ft. Menham, N.J., home was where Houston wed fellow singer Bobby Brown, whom she divorced in 2007after a notoriously abusiverelationship. It’s described by the real-estate Web site where it’s listed as modern-styled home full of natural light and containing “circular-themed interior spaces,” as well as a four-car garage, three fireplaces, walk-in closets, a bar and skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows.

It’s not the first time Houston has come close to losing a home. In 2006, a $6 million New Jersey house was slated for the auction block after it came out she owed more than $1 million in back taxes.
